The Hoàng Mai house, located at the foothill of Bavihomestead, is always welcoming you, your friends and family. The wooden house, which has 100 years of history as of 2012, was originally built in Hoàng Mai village, Hanoi. When delivered to Ba Vi in 1997, the house had adopted a local material, the Laterie stone, for the renew construction of its walls. Thus it became a combination of both wooden and stone house, similar to those built with laterie in the ancient Đường Lâm village, 12 km away from Bavihomestead.

The three center compartments can be joined into a single main room for group activities or for group accommodation. The wing rooms are two double rooms with restroom included. All rooms are equipped with air conditioners and mosquito nets.
